Trellis Wholesalers is a supplier of timber products for external applications such as lattice, palings, sleepers and decking. Since opening their doors in 1990, Trellis has grown to meet market demands and now provide a large range of timber products and services including timber treatment, dressing, re-sawing, ripping and kiln drying to over 50 trade customers throughout Australia.
Trellis has 16 TIMMS users and since implementation they have experienced: improved data accuracy, reduction in account processing time, system flexibility, comprehensive reporting, reduced labour costs and increased annual turnover.
Garrie, Trellis' owner, attributes the system's success to the Disprax Professional Services team claiming "Disprax staff have been invaluable in providing support to help up tailor TIMMS to suit our needs". Trellis are planning to expand thier use of TIMMS and know they can rely of Disprax.
