Training

Training forms an integral part of the services provided by Disprax. Our training courses aim to transfer our knowledge to you so you can obtain the maximum value from your software.

Disprax trainers have an in-depth product knowledge which they enjoy sharing. All trainers are TIMMS certified and fully armed with the knowledge you need to optimise your learning experience.

To ensure you receive full value from training, Disprax customise each session according to the skill level of the staff being trained. Training is also supported with detailed manuals outlining key functionality that is covered during the session allowing for business specific notes to be recorded.

Provided on site or at our offices, training is conducted during implementation and post implementation.

Implementation Training

To ensure your staff are aware of their responsibilities upon going live with TIMMS, implementation training provides the basis for your initial use of TIMMS in performing your day-to-day business processes.

Post Implementation Training

While the foundations of TIMMS are laid during the implementation phase, an ongoing review of the system and its use is essential to ensure the maximum benefits are gained. Post implementation training is offered to ensure staff are utilising the system to its potential, or to provide initial training to new staff members.
