Training
Training forms an integral part of the services provided by the Professional Services group at Disprax.
Regular training will maximise the benefits obtained from your TIMMS software by ensuring your staff
are able to perform their role with efficiency and accuracy,
building their skills and confidence.
Provided on-site or at our offices, each session is performed by TIMMS Certified Training Consultants,
each with in-depth product knowledge, and customised to your company's TIMMS installation and the
specific needs of your TIMMS users. To optimise the learning experience further, the session can be
scheduled as group workshops or one-on-one seminars and training is supported with detailed manuals
outlining key functionality covered during the session, allowing for business specific notes to be
recorded for future reference.
Training can be roughly divided into two categories: training during your TIMMS implementation and
ongoing training or post implementation training.
Implementation Training
When implementing the TIMMS system it is important that staff are aware of their responsibilities and
how to use the TIMMS system to perform their day-to-day business processes. Initial training covers
the functionality of the TIMMS modules and how they can be used for the company's processing.
Ongoing Training
While the foundations of TIMMS are laid during the implementation phase, the TIMMS software is always
being improved. Regular training ensures staff can utilise the system to its full potential by learning
new functionality or alternative functionality to match changed business processes as well as ensuring
new staff receive appropriate training to perform their role.
